On 29th of November more than 50 children from one of the kindergartens of Eghvard were hospitalized because of poisoning. The state foodstuff security service has been doing checkups after the mass poisoning of children.
Later, the health minister of Armenia, Armen Muradyan, has informed during his interview that after long observations the real reason has been discovered. The children were victims of a disease called dysentery which in other words is said ”the disease of dirty hands”. Fortunately, almost all the children have already been checked out from hospitals.
The ministry tries to find the best possible ways in order to prevent the later expansion of the disease. The disease may be caused when doing some daily activities and it is difficult to keep people safe. What can be done in order to decrease the risk of suffering from dysentery? This is the problem for which the health ministry of Armenia is trying to find a solution.
