On December the 11th at 5 p.m. in Moscow theater, Hasan Pasha will present his book on the Armenian Genocide of 1915. He is the grandson of one of the three main leaders, Cemal Pasha, who had organized the genocide. After succeeding to massacre more than 1 500 000 innocent Armenians, he was killed in Tiflis as part of Operation Nemesis, in 1922.

His grandfather’s inhuman actions did not leave him indifferent and he succeeded to come out the current Turkish governmental brainwash and propaganda and went from being someone who denied the Armenian Genocide, to one who recognizes it. This he also mentions in his book.

It is important to state that the book was published in 2012. Consequently, he is being strongly criticized by the Turkish government for his articles and interviews. And hopefully Armenian audience will be enough courageous to welcome him as a person of justice instead of a grandson of a murderer.
